I discovered Benehealth when looking for a Phoenix West Valley location for a PRP micro-needling session. I have some old scars that I have been working on for years and PRP micro needling and IPL laser have been the two best services / investments for my skin!
If you’re not familiar with PRP, micro-needling here is more information on their site. Micro-needling alone is wildly beneficial even if you don’t do the plasma aspect of it!!
What I found with Benehealth is that they offer so much more than just facials and aesthetics! I went in for the facials and ended up also opting for their full-body scan and red light sauna. ...and now, I'm hooked and will be back to do more!

I spent years studying health and wellness. I worked to get holistic health certifications and wanted to be a naturopathic doctor. Life took me a different direction, but after you study and understand those things, you can never go back to living a life full of excessive processed foods and a predominantly indoor sedentary lifestyle...because I know how that lifestyle makes me feel. I understand why because of the knowledge and self-awareness I have acquired over the years.
and I would prefer to feel energetic and well! (and look energetic and well too!)
With that said, the moment I learned about all the services that Benehealth offers that go beyond just the surface, I was in love!

Benehealth Functional Medicine and Aesthetics is a “Scottsdale type service” in the city of Surprise and Surprise, AZ couldn’t be more fortunate to have the Benehealth facitily!
And with all of that said, I absolutely loved my experience from the body scan to the PRP facial! The doctor who assisted me is knowledgeable and passionate (with extensive & prestigious credentials), and my esthetician Nellie was a riot! She was so funny, thorough and knowledgeable!
